Trevor J Warden Esq.

Trevor J Warden, a partner of the firm, joined the firm in 2015 as an associate attorney.

He is a 2015 Graduate of the University of Arkansas School of Law, Fayetteville, Arkansas. He has been admitted to practice law in 2015 in the State and Federal Courts of New Jersey. He represents clients in all tort matters including automobile accident cases, premises liability, medical malpractice, products liability, and worker's compensation matters.  Trevor has extensive courtroom experience and brought many claims to successful conclusion for his clients including some of the highest verdicts and recoveries in the State of New Jersey.

Trevor is one of a small handful of Certified Civil Trial Attorneys in New Jersey. This honor is only held by about 2% of active attorneys in New Jersey. In December 2016, only 1650 out of 75,000 active attorneys held this distinction.

“Certified Civil Trial Attorney” is a designation granted by the New Jersey Superior Court to attorneys that are able to demonstrate sufficient levels of experience, education, knowledge, and skill in Civil Trial Practice. The Supreme Court, through its board of Attorney Certification, designates only those lawyers who apply for certification and who are able to meet the standard set by the board approved by the Court.

A New Jersey attorney who is certified by the Supreme Court as a Civil Trial Attorney must have: 

• Be a member in good standing of the New Jersey Bar for at least five years
• Take a specific number of continuing legal education courses in the three years prior to filing an application
• Demonstrate substantial involvement in preparation of litigated matters in a particular practice area
• Demonstrate an unblemished reputation by submitting a list of attorneys and judges who will attest to the applicant's character and ability
• Pass a written examination covering various aspects of practice in the designated specialty.

This certification program helps the public find attorneys who have demonstrated proficiency in specialized fields of law.  This honor provides the public a way to identify those who demonstrate a higher proficiency in a certain area of law.

Trevor was also voted a Top 40 under 40 by The National Trial Lawyer’s.  Membership in The National Trial Lawyer’s Top 40 Under 40 is by invitation only. Membership into The National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 is limited to the Top 40 Trial Lawyers from each state under the age of 40. Selection for The National Trial Lawyer’s is extended to civil plaintiff's attorneys by special invitation. Candidates are considered for membership based on superior qualifications, leadership, reputation, influence, stature, and profile in the trial lawyer community.

Trevor was also recognized as a SuperLawyers Rising Star.  This organization recognizes lawyers with a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement and The Rising Stars list recognizes 2.5% attorneys in each state who are less than 40 years old or have practiced law for less than 10 years.

Trevor is also AV Preeminent rated by Martindale Hubbell, the highest possible rating for attorney proficiency and integrity.  Trevor is also consistently awarded the Client Champion Gold Distinction from this organization.
